I was never any good at interpreting dreams, and rarely remember mine but this one seems important and it is very clear even now, nearly a full day later. If anyone can help please let me know what it means.

 

There was a woman dressed like a Romany Gipsy, she was beautiful and she was trying to get to a building but she was being washed away by the sea, she was drowning. She was looking for her children and everyone was stopping her from making it to the shore to reach the building. I could see from her face that she was in such pain, she was broken and crying.
I was watching it all from close to her but the water and the storm didnt affect me, I could see it all but I didnt have a body, I couldnt help her.
